My Question or Issue

 Hi, I’m from Turkey. Today I paid premium price but my account still free plan . what can i do, please help

Hey @alpertug Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

If you have recieved an email from spotify that has your receipt, this means that the charge has went through with your bank and you should have premium. If you haven't gotten the receipt yet, this means that your charge is still pending and you will need to give it 48 hours. If you have gotten your receipt and it still shows you have a free account. Log off and relog back into your account. This will help you resync your information and hopefully this does the trick!
