Premium student payment just with gift cards ?

hi there,

i want to try spotify premium for one year - with the student package. right now, im using spotify free, it works fine. for the premium package, i dont want to enter any credit cards or paypal informations - i just want to go to buy 60€ for the gift cards and book it on my account.

will the premium work with the money from the gift cards or do i have to fill in some "real" payment infos like paypal to use it ? do i need to spend 60 € at once or, lets say, can i pay 30 € and after 6 month another 30€

Sorry, but gift cards cannot be used with the student discount offer.

To get the student discount offer, you have to use either a credit card or PayPal.

Gift cards are usually applied to the account right away and cannot be spread out or split up into 2 seperate periods.

10€ in gift cards is equal to one month of premium
