Premium switched back to free???

Premium switched back to free???

I have been on premium for a couple of months and it auto switched me back to free?? HELP!!

i have the same problem as you... i cant pay it with the itunes card and i dont have any mastercard.. so i hope it will be fixed soon...

I had the same issue, I went to;

https://accounts.spotify.com/en/login

 

Make sure your logged out and click on forgot password, once you get the email. Create a new password for your account, then login with your new password.

 

This got it working again for me, hope this helps
