Premium user and invoice issues

I am a premium user. Pays automatically every month. But in my account settings it says that I a a free user, and therefor I have no payment history. I need the invoices to my account holder, and I cant see any of them online and I only got one in my email inbox. Please help asap. This is a little urgent. Thanks.
