My account split in two help!!!!

A few weeks ago I logged in on my spotify acc, i always use facebook to log in. When i was logged in i saw that all my playlists dissappeared. When i searched for my account in the search engine, i found my account (Wardvankrunkelsven) when i clicked on it, al my playlists were there, but after 5 secs or so, the name changes in a bunch of numbers. I tried logging in with the numbers and my password without succes. Can anyone help me get my accounts back together?

Please help me, put a lot of work in thos playlists
