Problème d’écoute sur compte duo

Problème d’écoute sur compte duo

Avec mon conjoint nous avons un compte duo, chacun une adresse mail de connexion
Hors quand il écoute la musique, moi je ne peux pas écouter la mienne, de plus il a accès a mes titres etc…
Ça beug depuis qu’on a changé de téléphone tous les 2.
Il y a t’il une solution car pour l’instant nous payons pour rien!

From what you're describing, it seems you're both using the same account. In that case, it's best to check out this FAQ page and make sure that each member is logged in their own account on their own device.

Thanks for getting back to us. We hope you don't mind us replying in English as this is the official language of the Community.

 

To make sure that everything with your Duo account is set up correctly, open the Spotify app on the devices you're having issues with, log out of the current account and log back in making sure that each member uses their own email address and password.

 

If that doesn't resolve the issue, please get back to us and tell us what happened instead.
