Problem with free 30 days trial on the cellphone..

I've just got the 30 days premium trial.. Cause I want to use it on my mobile.. But it doesn't work.. It says: Premium reguired. Spotify premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming. Itäs free to stream on desktop. But I just got this 30 days free trial of Premium? SHouldn't it work also on the mobile then? Like it shows in the advertise? How should I do then??? IF I want to use it on my mobile if the free trial of 30 days doesn't work.. Cause I want it this week, not until 30 days later....

Please could you reinstall the mobile app? Sometimes they cache the fact you're not premium, and don't update for a while 🙂

It's also worth checking that your profile shows the correct details under "Subscription Status".

If it doesn't say you have a Premium subscription, then you should try and resubscribe to the free trial. If it doesn't let you, contact Spotify using the Support Form.
