Problem with offer 3x1

I'm writing from italy where spotify offer 2 free months if you buy premium version.

I just buy the premium but in the account session it's writen that the next payament is 7th of july.

It's normal? where is free mouth?

The offer is only available to new customers, have you ever had premium or taken a 30/60 day trial in the past?

Hi, we have the same problem here in Finland. We clicked on the offer get 2 months for free and then when we payed, it says we´ll be charged on 7th July. On the other similar upgrade offer, my mother got next payment date on 7th September! So for some reason we did not get what was promised. If anyone knows how to solve this please tell us! Of course we´ll try to contact the management too.
