Hello, I have a problem with the subscription offer for Chile, (CLP $ 290.00 for three months) I have been charged the normal rate, since I have seen it in the account (CLP $ 3090.00) I need to know if there is a solution, or I simply have to cancel the subscription.

Previously a premium spotify payment was made with the same card, but it was not an offer, it was a one month contract canceling CLP $ 3090.00.
