I'm sorry to hear about this. Can you check your Receipts page here and let me know if you see the additional charge you are referring to? If you do not see any additional charges, then I would recommend checking to see if you have another account following these steps

 

If you're still unable to find where the charge is coming from, and no one else you know is using your card as a payment method for their Spotify subscription, then I would recommend getting in touch with your financial institution as they have more tools to help with this regard.
