Really confused! PS4, now want family

I have spotify premium, which I cancelled. So that I may start a family plan. Every time I try to start family, it says I need to contact customer support. I have sent and email, got a conformation code.....nothing else

Hey @Consortium757,

If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
