Retrieving Playlist with Facebook sign in after issues with my account

Hi, 

 

I was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue. If this issue has been addressed somewhere else and I missed it, please forgive me and send me to the answer.

 

A few months ago, someone accessed my account without my permission. My credentials were not shared with anyone but I received an email from the person who accessed my account asking me to sign out of his account. Naturally, I mentioned this to the Spotify professionals.

 

I am now unable to sign into my Spotify account using my Facebook. I also created several playlists over a few years, so I am unable to access them.

 

Has anyone experiences this problem? If so, can you provide some assistance so I can access my playlists?

 

 Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

If you believe someone has had access to your account, we suggest that you go through the steps provided here. You'll find all the necessary info there.
