Shut out of my spotify

Everytime I try to log in on my Spotify on my phone or computer, is says that I can't log in because there is already created an account with my e-mail. But the problem is that I want acces to that particular account. At first I thought that just my pass word was wrong, but I was able to log in on this site with the exact same pass word and user name. I can't change my pass word because everytime I try it says that my link has expired and that I have to try it later again. I have tried it over a dozend times now and it won't work.

So my problem is this;
I can't log into my account on the app because everytime it says that there is already an account with this email, therefor i can't log in. But the username and pass word are correct because I was able to log in here. I also can't change my password, no matter how hard I try.

So I am locked out of my account because of the argument that my account exist. Please fix this!! Because it makes no sense and I just want to listen to my music
