Sick of Spotify - Help

Hi,

I got sick of standard spotify and uninstalled. For Christmas my girlfriend bought me a premium subscription. I redownloaded and was constantly told to connect to facebook. I connected, lost all my playlists and cannot connect to my girlfriend's account anymore. 

I tried to the tips in the top sticky thread - they didn't help unfortunately. i also submitted a help form to spotify, was told I would receive an email confirming my form submission and it would be adressed shortly. No email arrived.

Hopefully you can appreciate that I'm far from impressed with spotiify's system so far. Please can someone help out and redeem spotify in my eyes

Hi SamuelShields - What's happened is you've made a second account via Facebook. Looks like your giftcard was redeemed on that account instead.
