I get a response about only using Spotify abroad for 14 days. I’m not abroad. I’m home. What do I do now? The website doesn’t help

Hey @Jane14, welcome to the Community!

 

Do you have a VPN enabled? If so, disabling the VPN should fix this right up. You can also try connecting while on a different network to see if it makes a difference.
