Someone else is controlling my account

Hello- I have a spotify premium account- some how when I log in to Spotify it logs me in as someone else. I am not connected to Facebook, and all my info is correct on the Spotify accounts page, but when I log in even with my NEW password, it says I am someone else (Jose Campo, whom I am not), the language keeps being changed to Spanish, and my songs have been replaced with Mariachi and others, in other places, spanish language songs have been added to existing playlists. Help!

Sounds like your account may be connected to someone else's Facebook. In the desktop client do you have the option to Disconnect from Facebook in Edit/Spotify > Preferences > Social Network?
