Someone is using my spotify/set a password

Hello Community,
I've noticed recently that there is an issue with my spotify? Once it was a playlist that I never created in the first place and other times it's music that I really don't listen to popping up in my song history. I've tried setting a password but the link always sends me to a 'something has gone wrong!' type of page. I've also disconnected my devices and reconnected them, PLUS when I'm using spotify on my phone [not my tablet] I'm offline.

Let's help you to take back your account's control and set a new password.

First of all, give me a hand on this, when you registered for Spotify did you use your Facebook details or create a username? If you registered via Facebook you can (and must) reset your password at Facebook.com. Keep in mind that someone may be loggin into your facebook too!

If you used Spotify, just enter your Spotify username or email address into our password reset form. When you do so, Spotify will send you an email with a link to create a new password.

Be sure to check your email Spam filter. I'd also look through your inbox to confirm you received a confirmation email from Spotify when you registered.
