Spotify Cancel Subscription-- Incorrect Password

What is this? Some sort of hoax? ... ponzi scheme? This is ridiculous. I got Spotify Premium for $0.99 for three months on their summer sale but now that it is time to renew for an exorbitant amount of $10/month I want to cancel. It will bill me TOMORROW and the stupid site won't let me cancel. When it needs the confirmation password it tells me it is incorrect, right after I had used it to log in? Yeah right. I even humored it by resetting it and entering that password, still nothing. Does it think I am dumb? If I get charged tomorrow I will be furious. Somebody from support better cancel my subscription pronto.

That's not cool, but don't worry, we're here to help. 

 

It's odd that you're unable to use the same password. Can you try clearing your browser's cache for us? Alternatively, try using a different internet browser. This should help. 

 

When upgrading to Premium you are billed every month. Check out more info here.

How about a real way to contact Spotify? Instead of the same robotic reply to cancel /contact? I too cannot cancel my subscription. Tried everything having problems made worse by customer service same reply to all.
