Spotify dosen't let me acces with my account.

Hello, I've been using Spotify for 1 week I guess and then at one moment it won't let me see anymore nothing, I couldn't listen anymore to music, when I logged out and tried to log in back it didn't let me..

When I logged in with my facebook account it set me that I'm from USA but I'm actually in Italy, and I CAN'T CHANGE IT!

I've been looking for someone who has this kind of problem and a lot of them said that you gonna put your credit card infos, and I wouldn't do that because 1) I don't own one 2) I don't wanna use my family credit card.

Hi,

I mean change your facebook country to italy. It sounds like Spotify knows you're logging in from Italy, but your fb account says USA somewhere.

Anthony, I searched where to change my country, but I found just how to change my language.

Sorry for the Italian language, but it's the option to change the language that I want for facebook.

Hi,

Well from the picture, your language is set correctly. Make sure you're logging in from spotify italy (http://spotify.com/it) and where you live on facebook is set to somewhere in Italy.

I've been seeing another post about this earlier today, so this may be a temporary bug. Feel free to report it on the contact form.

Is your country set as Italy on your online profile? 

Spotify will allow you to change your country to whichever country your IP address geo-locates to without entering payment details, meaning you should be free to change it to Italy if you are in Italy. 

If you can't change it on your online profile, are you connecting via a VPN, proxy or company network that might be hiding your real IP address?
