Spotify playlist issues

Artist cannot add my playlist on their account. They find it but they cannot add it. Please I would like to know how to fix it.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

Why can't they add it to their artist page? Are they seeing any error message(s)? If so, which one(s)?

They should also be able to search for it by entering the playlist URL/URI.
