Spotify premium not working

I just get the 3 months for 9.00 MXN (This is a Mexico promotion), payment was taken from my banking account, but i didn't get the Spotify premium, still as free, can somebody help? Please

Have you tried logging out and back into your account? Sometimes this forced sync fixes the issue.

Yeah, I tried with the log out/log in process, also I uninstalled and
reinstalled Spotify but isn't working yet.

If you go to your subscription page, does it say you are Premium or Free?

I tried that already, but still not working.

Sadly my first experience with Spotify wasn't good at all. 😞

I also have the same problem. On november 26, I bought Premiun . Yesterday I had, but not today. I did all the suggests. Mi account say that I paid for Premiun but also say that I only have free.Help please.
