Spotify premium, problem with account.

I have a problem and hope that you guys can fix this.

I don't know my username or password to spotify when im trying to log in via spotify details and when I try to get my spotify username and password back I need click at forget username or password and then I write down my hotmail adres wich is Yil.k@hotmail.com but the problem is my mail account, it's blocked for some reason. Somebody try to break my password and hotmail has blocked it, I try a couple times to get back my hotmail account but I don't get any answers from hotmail, it's been a couple mounth now. when I log in to spotify I do it via facebook, and my facebook account is Yil.k@hotmail.com

Today I was at a local store, they sell spotify premium and when I register my code is was no problem to register it.

Now I wonder how I can listen to music with my iPhone 4 and what is my username and password when im going via spotify details ?
