Spotify says im offline

So my girlfriend changed her facebook and spotify passwords, and now when she tries to log in with her phone, it just says that she is in offline mode. Cant get any further from that and thats it. With laptop she can log in and it showS that spotify is indeed in online mode. I tried to boot and logged out from every machine but same thing all the time.
