Spotify survey for 1 month free of Spotify Premium

I received a email to take a survey to receive a month free of premium. After taking the survey I never received the code. The survey was from Survey Monkey and appears to be a legitimate email. Here were the contents.

Dear Spotify user,

We are conducting a survey, and your response would be appreciated.

Upon completion of the survey we will send you a code for 1 month of free Spotify Premium!

Sorry to say, but this is a scam. This is called 'phishing' and if you look at the URL it has a SYNTAX error.
