Spotify thinks that I'm abroad

When I first downloaded Spotify it thought I was in Japan for some reason so I changed my location to the UK. Haven't used Spotify in about a month and came back but it says that I have used Spotify abroad  for 14 days. Pls help

Keep in mind that you can use Spotify in a different country for up to 14 days, if you're on our Free service.

Don't worry! You can change your settings for the country you’re in following these steps.
