Starred items do not save

Starred items do not save

I made a new account, and anything I star does not get saved.   In mobile the starred playlist does not load at all.  I submitted help on the 16th, but no response.  I tried logging out and in.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Have you tried a clean reinstall of Spotify as well? It may well be a bug, as a few users have posted about this lately.

Who's your Spotify Star?

It was working, but it did it again.  I'm going to try to re-install  in 6 hours.

I have the same problem with both my iphone 4gs and my ipad mini. I am about to leave Spotify if I can't get this fixed. 

I've reinstalled spotify to both my ipad and iphone. I am logged into the same account across my desktop, iphone and ipad. I synched my playlists and starred items to my iphone, but starred items did not come over. 

@kbassman - Can you try logging into the web player and starring a track from there and see if that will then fix your sync issue?
