I want to have premium account but on the payment screen it does not allow me to make payment. can you help me

Is this is happening on multiple device’s, can you let me know which country you’re located in?

Also, are you able to try in an incognito (private) browsing window?

yes it happens on different devices even on my mobile phone.

i live in ankara, turkey.

No i do not try on private browsing window.
