Stuck in Paypal Loop

Stuck in Paypal Loop

I am trying to purchase spotify premium. Every time I try to complete the purchase, I am redirecred back to the payment option page, where I select PayPal and input my account information, accept the payment, and then am immediately backed out to start over again. My account is fully validated and I have tried this on Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and the Spotify app on Android. Each time the result is the same.

Hey @Frikkinerd,

 

Can you try it via a different internet connection (eg. LTE/3G)? Try using a different payment method would be great too.

Using LTE led to the same problem. And, respectfully, I won't be using another payment type. It's PayPal or nothing for me.

If you're seeing an error message, please send over a screenshot of it.

There us no error message. The "payment options" screen directs me to paypal to complete my transaction (as it should) and when I have given my paypal information it redirects me back to "payment options" immediately.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
