Sub Refund

I cancelled prem sub a few days after being charged. Mobile app said I was out of pre sub immediately after cancellation. But my account here says the sub is continuing until the end of the current period. I think this is wrong. Should I get refund?

Hey there @cjlusa and welcome to the community!

 

This is a bit odd. When you cancelled your subscription, did you receive a confirmation email? Every user gets one when they cancel. Make sure to check your Spam folder as well, as emails like to hide in there sometimes!

 

You can also head over to your Account Overview, it should tell you when your Premium subscription runs out, after which it will automatically revert to the ad-based free version.

If you still want a refund, you can get in touch with a member of the Spotify staff by sending a tweet or DM their way @SpotifyCares, so that they can take a look backstage for you 🙂
