I got the 30 day free trial and that ran out while I was on holiday, I've come back and found that I'm now on free even after clicking on upgrade, I've signed out of my account but don't want to be charged for my free account

I'd love to help you with your problem, I just need a little bit of information from you, Spotify won't charge you for a free account. You can find out whether your account is free or premium by taking a look at your account profile or more specifically the account subscription page.

Hi, ok so I signed up for the 30 day free trial and that then expired obviously, when I next went on the app, it asked if I would like to upgrade to premium, I clicked upgrade and nothing happened. I have now attempted to get premium again by re applying for it but it won't send me the code to pay for the subscription. I am now stuck with the free version. Thanks for the help
