So I guess I made a second account when I was going to switch to the student discount. I have been getting charged $4.99 and $9.99 and I just realized I had two accounts. But the account I want to use the discount on won't let me because of the other account. How can I fix this?

Thanks for coming to the Community for help.

 

Just to make sure, do you have access to both accounts? If you do, you just need to cancel the subscription for the one that has the discount and then you can apply it to the second account.
