Suddenly unable to log in

Hi all,

I use spotify premium on my personal pc and mobile phone. I have the windows client set so that it automatically logs in. Today I've received alerts that I cannot log in because my password is incorrect, as per below.

When I try to reset my password, I see the following.

I actually don't see the point of having such unbelievably useless error codes, especially one that redirects to the support homepage - if there's no reason why it's failing.

Any help would be appreciated,

When you get in touch (link above), if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

It is also worth checking your email, sometimes (not always) this happens when accounts get disabled by Spotify for a range of things - if your account has been disabled you will have received an email about it.
