Hi,

 

I contacted support for assistance on whether its possible to migrate my account. Its been 6 days. How do I know if anyone is looking up on this case?  (#00698545)

If you didn't reply to the email, you should do so to ensure that a staff member actually sees it. I know it sounds crazy and that the email is a "do not reply" but that's how the system works 🙂
