Pagué una suscripción anual, figura el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito, tengo el recibo en la cuenta pero me sale el cartel rojo de que pague cuanto antes para seguir siendo premium sino pierdo todos los beneficios y los playlists ¿Quien me soluciona este problema?

Do you have any trouble seeing your Premium features if you log out and back in a few times? If so, make sure that the status of the payment shows as completed.

 

If it's not completed, wait for it to complete and your Premium features should work.
