Trouble with premium

So I had premium, got a new bank card and I've updated my details. I'm not a student anymore, but I can't seem to cancel my premium or update the details and have it save. I have a 5.40 deduction twice from my new card so it seems to have gone through. However, it continues to tell me that my payment needs to be updated or I will lose premium. I can't get a hold of spotifty customer service and the FAQS are useless. I just want to know if I should wait a few more days (it's been about 4 days since the two 5.40 fees were charged) or if there is a way to get in contact with someone.
