Two accounts under the same email

I some how have two accounts under the same email one premium one free. Online I can access the premium but on the app it puts me on the free account where I can't use premium or any other of my playlist.pls help

I am afraid to say that it's impossible to have two accounts under the same mail. You must be confused with the following:

• Spotify account with a certain e-mail address.
• Facebook account with an e-mail address that is the same as the Spotify's.

They are still two separate accounts, they both even have different usernames.

In one of those accounts, you'll be Premium and with all your playlists and in the other it'll be all empty.

You can check your e-mail for a Spotify receipt, it'll have the username inside of it!
