URGENT HELP NEEDED: Unable to purchase Spotfy e-card online

I have been trying to purchase Spotify e-cards from https://www.spotify.com/uk/get-spotify/e-card/ for the past few hours but when I clicked on "Continue", I am unable to proceed and the following error message keeps showing up:

"Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"

Hope you can advise as I need to purchase a bunch of 20 cards (worth $60 each) by this evening.

Hello!

Have you tried a different card, or using a paypal account? Also, if your purchasing in bulk you can visit any of the stores listed here 🙂 Try deleting your browsing history and/or using another browser.

Hi Josh, I have tried the following but all did not work.

1) Choosing the paypal option

2) Using a different browser

3) Using a different Spotify account to purchase

I need to purchase these cards online as I need to personalise the e-cards for email. 🙂

Can anyone else advise? Thanks!

Have you managed to buy a few eCards?

I am almost certain I remember there being a limit on how many you can buy in a single day in the past.
