Unable to change address with facebook account

Hi,

i have the problem that im using facebook to login to spotify and i have a family subscription, now my girlfriend got kicked out even after entering the correct zip.

i thouhgt ok maybe it was still my old address, but i cant change my address anywhere, it even just says: your address ont he top and no address underneath... idk what to do 😞

It’s not possible to change the address of an existing plan. If you entered the wrong details, you’ll need to cancel and resubscribe.

doesnt work, i canceled went to my profile couldnt change anything
again, then i resubscribed but still i couldnt change anything, becuase
THERE IS NO INFORMATION .... my account is broken i'm 99% sure, spotify
customer support account stuff ppl please help ffs ...

See the attached image... i cant change anything... i bet is has something to do with facebook login ...

it doesnt even show a zipcode on the account overview page -.-
