Unable to change country on account

Unable to change country on account

Hi,

 

I've recently moved from Canada to Ireland and tried to update my country settings on my Premium account. I followed these instructions:

But after Step 5 (choosing my current country from the drop down) I get routed to a Spotify Family sibscription page. I've tried on Firefox and Chrome and get the same results.

 

Any suggestions?

Hey @TheGeekXIV, welcome to the Community!

 

Do you have any trouble following the steps using an incognito window? Also, if you have a VPN enabled, disable it before following the steps to see if it makes a difference.
