Unable to join Spotify Family

Hi friends .

I have a family account and I can not join it to my account, it says this to me:

Sorry! We cannot join you to Premium for Family since you have subscribed to Spotify Premium from another store (e.g. iTunes or your mobile operator). Find out more below.

While I never subscribed to Premium from a different store than Spotify itself and I'm not premium anymore. It's really weird and frustrating since I want to get spotify before tommorow afternoon so I can listen to songs offline (holiday).
 
Please help.

Hi @andreag6a, this one sounds tricky, suggest you access Spotify's Contact Form and they'll be able to respond to you directly. Hope this helps!

Thanks for replying, apparently many users have the same problem .... anyway thank you
