Unidays student discount error

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. 

I keep trying to access the discounted premium rate offered through Unidays, and when I log on through spotify and then with my log in details, it keeps saying that there is a problem, and that I should come back later. The thing is I have been getting this message no matter what browser, or web provider location I use so I don't think the problem is on my end. 
Im a UK student, and I don't have a NUS card, so unidays is the only way I can access it. I have had this discount for one month before I had to cancel the repayment plan for the next month because I lost my bankcard, I don't know if this has anything to do with it.
