Unlimited has been charged for but doesn't work

This  is ridicoulus, i paid for my subscription yesterday but i still have the free version. what is this? why would i wanna pay for something that does not work? money has been withdrawn from my bank and when i check my overview on spotify.com it says i have unlimited. this is so annoying it usually change to unlimited instantly..
