Unlimited subscription not working at work

Unlimited subscription not working at work

Hi,

 

Yesterday I bought the unlimited subscription for Spotify (at home) and I was quite happy with it and I was listening to music I like all day long without any ads etc. but when I logged in on my computer just now at work it shows me that I'm using Spotify free and when I click on "my subscription" it shows me I'm using the Free version.

 

But yesterday it worked all fine and my Paypal account has been charged! How to fix this?

Hi,

 

No, I login using my normal login data. By the way - when I click on the "login via Facebook" button, it loads forever on diffirent browsers and it's just simply impossible (in diffirent places). I only get the loading icon which never disappears and nothing happens.

Could it be that Facebook is blocked at work? And are you using the web player or the desktop client?

Whats a Spotify Rock Star?

No, I can login to Facebook normally via https://www.facebook.com/

When I enter https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/, I get the following message:

 

"Ta opcja jest obecnie niedostępna. Spróbuj ponownie później."

 

Which translated to English means:

 

"This option is currently unavailable. Try again later."

If you sign into your online overview does that page say you have unlimited? 

 

Its amazingly easy to have two completely seperate accounts, one with a Spotify username and another using your Facebook details so check your login details!

I'm pretty sure that at both places I logged in using a standard account. Even though... I want to check for sure but when I click on the "login via Facebook" button it keeps loading forever.

 

I tested it on my computer (Firefox, Chrome) and on my friend's computer (Chrome). What can I do about it?

I would suggest you get in touch with the support team directly using the online contact form and ask them to check this out for you. Unfortunately, its hard to troubleshoot here on the community as we obviously can't see your account details. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can you check for what account my transaction is bound to if I provide the Paypal transaction ID?
