Unlink account from Facebook to student email

Hello,
I have an account with my girlfriend, who is currently using her facebook account as her spotify account. Is there anyway to separate that account into a regular student email address account? We're both students that would like to take advantage of the student promo price. I no longer have a facebook and my girlfriend wants to close her facebook account but can't due tospotify.
Please advise what changes to the account can be made, if any.

You can't unlink a Spotify account from Facebook if it was created using Facebook I'm afraid, so if you want to do that you will need to make a new account. 

I would suggest cancelling your current subscriptions, then following the steps here to migrate to a new account:

Once that is done, re-subscribe using your student discount on your new account. 

PS. Account sharing is a breach of the Spotify ToS. 😉
