Upgraded to premium and lost all music

I signed in to upgrade my account to premium and then lost all of my music. I’m wondering if it accidentally created a new account? How do I fix this?

Yes it sounds like you created a duplicate account by accident. Spotify has a great guide for finding all your accounts here

I have the same problem - all music lost after the upgrade! Unfortunately, none of the options given on the page works - I only have one email address in use, so I cannot figure out how this could happen. I lost music that I've been saving for years and am really desperate...
