User cannot log into app. browser works fine. family plan

User cannot log into app. browser works fine. family plan

I invited a user. She created a user account and can log in via browser. We have downloaded app on iphone and ipad. Log im failed is the response. We have tried to reset password, uninstall/ reinstall app. Nothing seems to work. Ideas?
