When I play a song it say song not available

The song that I want to play says unavailable, in an album of 10 songs 6 say that are unavailable to play. Why is this? I have deleted and re-installed the app, didn't do anything and then I deleted cache in spotify which also didn't do anything. HELP

Sorry to hear this. It's possible that some of the songs are currently unavailable in your region. As much as we'd love to have all the music in the world on Spotify, the content may vary over time and between countries. This depends on permissions from rights holders.

In any case, feel free to share the album's link so we can check how it looks on our end. In the meantime, you can import local files to your Spotify library.
