Why can not have Spotify Premium with out Credit card or Paypal?

I want to have Spotify Premium, but I do not want give my credit card information to spotify. And I have no idea what is my Paypal and paypal does not accept my new registeration because there is one already exist. 

I think that I can pay premium with gift card, witch is selling around, but this seems to be to compilated for spotify?

There is problem, I can not have that one month free trial with gift card, if I want that free trial, I can not have with out credit card or paypal.
