Why do ads keep running with my Premium account?

I signed up yesterday for free trial and gave my payment information. Yet ads are still running on all 3 of my devices. My profile says I have Premium Individual, but the ads continue. Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out.

I recommend making sure you're using the right account within the app (it should be the account you bought Premium for). You can head into the app's Settings > Account. Does it say Premium there?
