Not Eligible for Wrapped this year 2025

My Spotify wrapped wouldn’t appear and it says that “We don’t have you Wrapped this year” and I have been using Spotify for more than 3 years and I always have my wrapped. Please give me my wrapped.

It says that I haven’t listened to enough music this year to get a Wrapped which is untrue. Can you please fix it? Otherwise I might cancel my subscription, I was looking forward for Wrapped the entire year.

I’m a Premium subscriber for more than a year, and I’ve been using Spotify daily since 2021. My account region is Armenia.

But when I try to open Wrapped, I get the message that I “didn’t listen enough this year”, which is absolutely not true — I listen to Spotify every single day and definitely have more than enough listening hours.

The same problem happened to me two years ago, and I never received my Wrapped that year, even though I pay for Premium every month. It feels unfair that I’m paying the same subscription price as any other user in the world but still can’t access a feature that everyone else gets.

Please fix this issue for my account. I deserve to have my Wrapped just like any other listener, regardless of my region.

As an individual who listened to Spotify every time i had time I feel disappointed that my Spotify wrapped is not available?! Please fix this problem..

Unfortunately, it sounds like you’re not eligible for Wrapped this year. This is something we can’t change on our end. We’re sorry about this and we hope that you’re able to enjoy Wrapped next year.

We can confirm the Wrapped isn’t available in all countries. We're always looking for ways to expand Wrapped so this may change in the future.

Spotify users who are not eligible for Wrapped this year will not be seeing the Top Song lists, but our editorial content will be available for everyone if you wanna check it out.
